What does it cost to host a machine?
The venue proposal includes hardware, installation, stock and ongoing maintenance at no cost to your venue. We'll discuss the site and confirm the arrangement before installation.
How does the venue commission work?
Venues receive 20% commission on gross sales generated by their machine, paid monthly.
Can the design match our interior?
Yes. Alongside the standard black design, we offer bespoke designs tailored to your venue. Share your ideas and we'll discuss the finish with you.
Who looks after stock and maintenance?
Cologne Station manages fragrance stock and machine maintenance, arranging visits during your off-peak hours to minimise disruption.
Is there a fixed contract term?
The supplied venue proposal has no fixed contract term and allows removal at the venue's request. Full arrangements will be confirmed in your venue agreement.
Can the screen promote our events?
Yes. The venue proposal includes free advertising space on the machine's LCD screen for your upcoming events and promotions.
